Exposition Writing

We have been looking at Exposition writing this term. Exposition means you describe something in your writing. The way we have done this is we have taken adventures and described things for the first time. This week we concentrated on "How to.." i.e- how to put a jersey on, how to draw a pig, how to draw a transformer, how to do a trick on the skateboard.

Ānei ngā kōrero mai ētahi ō mātou:

HOW TO DRAW AN ALIVE EGG- NĀ LUCY

Step 1: Draw an oval for a body

Step 2: Draw 2 dots for eyes

Step 3: Draw a mouth

And there yo have it! An alive egg!

HOW TO MAKE A SPIDER (INU)- NĀ HEIDI

Step 1: You will need a cup, icecream, a type of fizzy and a spoon

Step 2: Get the cup and pour a little ice cream on the bottom then pour fizzy again on top

Step 3: Put more ice cream on top

Step 4: If you want to add sprinkles use jelly cyrstals, crushed flake. Put the spoon into your cup

Step 5: Enjoy!
