Kiaora ano Whanau
Well, it isn't long to go now until "Te Huinga Whetu" Kapahaka!
We are all excited and nervous at the same time.
Our teina are "Ngā Piipiwharauroa ō Te Pouahi" and they have a cool bracket.
We are known as "Ngā Kākano Tuakana ō Te Pouahi"- we have a cool bracket as well!
Whāea Trina has written 4 of our waiata and our waiata address how we should remember the tools that have been handed down from our ancestors and also why tamariki are special tāonga!
So come along and check us out!

Time: (Te Wā): Doors open to the Public at 8.30am- until 5.30pm
Place: Nelson College
Cost (Te utu): $5 Senior citizen/ kuia/koroua
$10 Adult
$5 students under 16

The MC for the festival will be Te Hamua Nikora- from Homai te Pakipaki
